The perfumer Tianle always believes that the olfactive expression transcends language itself. The olfactive AUTHENTICITY, in the same manner, does not depend on the logical judgment. Such pleasure brought by perfume should only be touched and delivered, slowly yet steadfastly, in one’s real feelings.
When it comes to real feelings, love is undoubtedly the most heartfelt. The perfumer Tianle depicts the “heart-beating moments” when he first encountered his wife on the beach in Cannes, with an olfactive imagination blending a touch of transparent azure with slightly salty sea breeze. This perfume does not intend to highlight the “shining time” in love. Instead, the genuine “heart-beating moments” are more touching. No need for spectacular performance. Just slow down, for a longer company in the visible future. At this time, the self-preparation and a simple hug, are already the firmest love announcement.

The dust of the first encounter is colored by the blue chamomile in the head, whereas the scents of oak and cognac produce a pleasingly tipsy sensation which could be only achieved by the Cognac aged in oak barrels. The vibration and eagerness of the first encounter immediately fill the air as the perfume sprays out.
The heart notes portray the heroine of this love story: the elegant freshness of neroli contrasts with the religiously sacred woody frankincense, yet followed by the violet leaf, generating a harmony with softness and ease.
This beautiful moment is freezed by the multicolor in the base: the deep blue of the aquatic seaweed, the forest green of the herbal galbanum, and the infinite white of the warm ambergris. A hug on the beach in Cannes, enveloped the sky and sea in the darkness, but also marked a romantic yet decisive beginning.

The perfumer created a combination of neroli absolute and neroli essential oil regardless of the cost, rendering the neroli fragrance richer and fuller from the beginning to the end. Neroli absolute carries a touch of tea notes, reminding of the dried orange peel in Chinese medicine, which amplifies its placid elegance compared to the freshness of neroli essential oil. The perfumer also employs the pink lotus and ylang-ylang inside to deliver a more continuous white flower aroma with uniqueness.
From a commercial perspective, a single bottle of FIRST HUG contains 0.75g neroli essential oil and absolute, equivalent to 1kg or over 5,000 neroli flowers.

The scent of blue chamomile is hard to be forgotten once smelled: a floral green accompanied by the sweetness of confiture and grasses, and even bringing a touch of effervescence and fruit pulp in champagne, if used in a moderate manner. The perfumer blends it with classic cognac and oak essential oil, alongside the Indian sandalwood and Madagascar vanilla, creating the soul of a slightly heady bouquet.
